The overseas patient under the plan is not covered for the following circumstances:

• Where the patient elects to stay longer in the hospital or rehabilitation facility.
• The first 72 hours of any unplanned or unforeseen extra stay following surgery.

• Patients with a serious heart condition or history of coronary heart disease.
